Step into a beautifully atmospheric Victorian Christmas at Winterbourne — the very house where Charles Dickens wrote five chapters of David Copperfield — and help raise vital funds for MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians), a humanitarian and medical charity that has supported civilians in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon for 40 years.
This is a non-commercial, fully charitable event, created by Bonchurch volunteers who have given their time, skills and resources to support MAP’s life-saving work. MAP is strictly a-political, focusing solely on medical care and humanitarian relief. Their teams, many of them working in dangerous conditions, support communities facing profound trauma — including thousands of injured children, orphaned families, and those urgently needing medical and mental-health care.
Every ticket sold and every treat purchased at this event goes directly to MAP’s humanitarian efforts.
